1 Star – Would Give Zero if I Could My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating. I was charged for an appointment without receiving a prescription from my last visit, and despite multiple attempts, I’ve had no response from anyone. Their website doesn’t allow cancellations or provide any way to check appointment status, which leaves patients completely in the dark.

And my appointment was set. Met them in person they were awesome, friendly, respectful, and very confidential. They are very knowledgeable.Thank You to everyone who has helped me with this journey. He scheduled me an appointment right away with a different physician who called at the scheduled appointment time and got me registered within minutes. I had a couple of questions after that call and reached out to Customer Service and spoke to Albert again. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly.
