I had the absolute best experience today with Dr. Nina Gupta at Miami Aesthetic Institute (MAI). I made this appointment with MAI to help address some of my concerns in my thigh (previous CoolSculpting shelf) and rear-end (needs a lift and firming) areas. I recently learned that TruSculpt ID and Flex may help me achieve my desired level of hottness.

Upon arriving to the MAI office I was a little confused about the parking. Park in the big white parking garage right off of US-1...East of 95, West of US-1. MAI has reserved parking for their guests on level 2.5. Look for the spots reserved for 808. If you can't find it just go towards the top and there are some non-reserved spaces. Once you park, take the elevator (inside the garage - take note of the floor where you parked) to the 8th floor. I went down to ground level (nice lobby) and then up. No need, there's only one elevator. Just head straight up...unless you want to see the pretty lobby.

The building is super nice and well maintained. MAI is in 808, but there is no sign on the door. (I was confused by this and almost turned away. So glad I didn't.) Ring the doorbell. Dr. Gupta keeps the business discreet for her patrons. I like this.

Her facility is beautiful...marble floors, great artwork, state of the art equipment, excellent welcoming energy. Dr. Gupta later explained to me the effort that went in to creating this perfect space...superb feng shui vibes.

So, once I realized I was in the right place I talked to Dr. Gupta about what I was trying to fix and achieve. I soon realized that she is one of the most thoughtful, patient and generous individuals that I have ever met. I say generous because time is money and she spent a lot of time with me. Dr. Gupta explained the procedures I was interested in as well as others that she thought would be useful. Not once did I feel like she was selling anything. She has a very easygoing way about her and it is clear that she holds herself to a higher set of standards. What a refreshing experience during a time when we all feel so disconnected. She is a grounded and thoughtful person and I left her office not only looking much better but feeling so incredibly happy and thankful.

Dr. Gupta is also very much into homeopathic medicine and non-traditional approaches to all kinds of medicine. I truly feel like our paths crossed for a reason. While my visit to her office was for aesthetic purposes (which she nailed), what I walked away from her office with was so much more. She is just an absolutely incredible human. I could not be more pleased with this experience. I promise that you will not be disappointed.

p.s. Since it is ill-advised to eat prior to treatment, you may be a little hungry afterwards. I recommend BarTaco .4 miles away. Great drinks...

I went here thru a personal recommendation. I wanted to see this new place and the variety of treatments they have for facial, mental health and male erectile and female dysfunction. For Men, they have a P-shot technique along with Shockwave therapy. For a women, they have the O-shot which really helps women to achieve the satisfaction with their partners. There is also Botox, juviderm, vampire facial, and many more treatments to help you stay young looking.

I decided to give the Shockwave therapy for men a try. It's not only a rescue therapy, it is also preventative. The therapy consists of low Intensity Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy as a treatment for men with erectile dysfunction that  stimulates the growth of vascular tissue and nerve rejuvenation. I received 2 treatments since I was leaving Miami in a day. 4 days later, I finally was able to "test drive" the therapy. OMG....I did not have any problems, and the Shockwave therapy is a fairly new technique. I felt as if I was 20 years old, almost 30 years younger!!! Imagine what I could do with the rest of the therapy!! This really works! I also recieved a facial treament using a laser then a lamp that seals the skin. Dr Nina has the latest in technological instruments there. My only regret is leaving Miami without the remainder of the treaments. Dr Nina is patient, knowledgeable and so kind. I called and explained her services to a few people and many were interested! I cannot wait to return to Miami to get...

I finally did it , the amazing " Trifecta ", I had the Vampire facial, PRP therapy for my hair, and yes the famous P-shot for my ED problem , the newest procedure using the PRP technology . i just had it done with Dr. Nina G at the Miami aesthetic institute . I liked that it is all done on the same day. The Doctor and staff were excellent and i must say that they were real friendly and informative. So far i can see the results on my face, it is much brighter and looks younger , I will update this review about my hair and the P-shot since it does take couple weeks to get the full results, as the doctor explained to me, but it was close to painless , and I would definitely recommend them. Couple things i liked about Dr. G's PRP treatment and made me decide to do it at her office. Big reason is that Dr. G. uses the highest grade equipment available in Miami ,as she explained to me that it makes a huge difference with the results. That was very important to me ( The goal is to get the pure PRP ,by the way, it has a distinctive gold color ), and that high grade PRP was injected back to my face and hair and used for the P-shot.
