First Line Inc — Local services in Baltimore

I added one star simply because it will not allow me to leave zero. I called at 4:07 pm on August 15, 2017 when a disgruntled young lady answered the phone with just a "hello". I then asked if it was indeed First Line Inc to verify because as for as long as I can remember, businesses do not answer the phone that way. I couldn't hear her response the first time so she screamed "YES!!!" through the phone. I feel like I now may be partially deaf in one ear. When I told her that she didn't have to scream and be rude to me in a very calm and understanding tone, she hung up on me.
