Smoke Center Tobacco Shop — Local services in Baltimore

I usually enjoy coming into this store when I need something, but I have to be honest — the young lady who works during the day, I believe her name is “Tay,” is extremely unprofessional and rude. Every time I’ve interacted with her, she’s been nasty for no reason, not just to me but to other customers as well.

I’ve spoken with a few other people I know who also had similar negative experiences with her, so it’s clearly not an isolated issue. I’ve even recorded a few of my encounters because her behavior was so out of line.

It’s disappointing because the store itself is great, but dealing with her makes the experience unpleasant. I truly hope management addresses this situation, because no customer should be treated the way she treats people.

Love this store, it’s my absolute favorite spot to get my smoke supplies & it’s all because of the sweet girl who works the front! She’s who/what brings me back to the store again & again! Tay is incredibly patient & kind to me & always helps me decide on the best things to get. Her customer service is outstanding. She works efficiently & she’s a total people person.
