FedEx Office Print & Ship Center — Local services in Baltimore

I appreciate that there is actually a fedex drop-off off.Place where you can take packages inside in baltimore, as this is literally the only one. I always wonder why places that have people coming and going with large packages never have automatic doors? I walked in here with a huge package that was literally 5 feet by 3 feet, and the 3 people we were standing behind the counter, literally, looking at their phones did nothing. So I struggle to hold open this massive freaking door , and bring in this huge package at the same time..With that being said, every time I come in here, I just feel completely unwelcome to staff.Makes you feel like you've verbally assaulted them by asking them any kind of questions. If you take out the staff, they do offer a wide range of services which could be handy considering almost all other stores that offer them are closed. Parking is extremely limited.There's two places in the front next the door and on the right side of the street, there's two places, otherwise you can dip in the alley, which is where...

I always count on FedEx any time I need something done. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a store. When I walked in, the lady coming out said, “ People act like they don't want to do their job, but I thought, ‘ Well, can't make everyone happy. Was I in for it. I asked some questions, and the clerk just replied, “ All this information is on the website. Great but can you tell me specifically what I should look for and can you point out the different options?” So he replied, “ I’m gonna give you a simple answer for your simple question in a tone that was far from friendly.” At that point, I just stopped talking, and my friend continued to ask questions, but she was also getting nowhere. He seemed annoyed that we kept asking him questions and just kept referring to it. “ It’s all online.” So we walked out. I've gone to this location several times for UPS package pickups. The girl that works at this location seems very nice and efficient.

The tall, balding male needs more training or a new job.

I walked into this location today, and the male was talking to female. He did not acknowledge me as I stood there, 2 feet from him, at the counter. After about 2 minutes, I stood standing directly towards him, so he was unable to ignore me. The first thing he said was, " if you remove your earbuds, we can have a conversation". My music that I was listening to, through the earbuds, was off before I entered the location. I ignored the rude "greeting", and stated in a friendly tone, that I was there for a pickup. I said thank you when he retrieved the package, and he said nothing in return.
