I had an accident in April of 2019, a whole year before corona virus emerged and yet I am still waiting for my settlement. My mother actually has to call them to check on the status of our case! In the past 3 years I can honestly say they may have called me 3 times (on their on recognition) to tell me anything about my case… if they did call any other time, it was because my mom called them 1st and they said that they would “get back to her”.
