My family and I had lots of things picked out and were waiting in line when we overheard a man telling his family that he was overcharged earlier that same day, so we were already skeptical. We waited for a while longer until we overheard a customer at the counter getting talked to super rudely by the assumed store owner. She was overcharged and trying to get refunded the difference. The store owner said āno refunds. you should have checked before you paid,ācalled her a jerk, and told her that she could wait in the back of the line so he could deal with her later. We immediately dropped our items and left. The way he talked to that old woman was so demeaning and rude. Iām sure he rips off lots of people, making the low prices understandable. Give your money to other businesses. There are lots of kind people in Bar Harbor that deserve to be supported....
