A true artisan boutique with a lovingly curated collection from which you can bring home beautiful and unique Maine memories! I searched through dozens of Bar Harbor shops looking for a pair of touchstone earrings to remind me of the peace and joy I felt in Acadia this summer. Finally, I found delicate, handmade silver earrings shaped like blueberry leaves in My Darling Maine. Perfect!

I wore them to work my first day back - and lost one. I was heartbroken. But I contacted Victoria to buy a replacement, and she took the time to send me individual pictures of every pair of blueberry leaf earrings she had in the shop (because they're all unique!) so I could choose. What an amazing lady!!! I called her two months in advance to help me create the perfect locally sourced "Maine representative" gift basket. She ran with it! It's hard to describe how perfect it was. Things from all over the local area, like lip balm that supports anti-bullying programs and dessert wines from a local Vinyard. My sister lives in Bar Harbor, but I live in CA. So I called My Darling Maine hoping they could put together a birthday gift basket and deliver it to my sister. The owner, Victoria, went above and beyond! She took the time to ask me about my sister's work, family, and interests. Then she put together several different possible baskets with different themes and sent me pictures. She let me pick and choose items that stood out to me until we had created a beautiful basket together that added up to my price point.
