I absolutely would not recommend Sitka Fish to anyone cruising and looking for an excursion outside of their ship. Our port was cancelled due to weather, but when I asked for a refund, Jamie refused. Prior to me letting him know Royal had cancelled our port, he had already said the chances of fishing were slim. Later, he changed his story and said that since Royal Caribbean cancelled the port, it wasn’t his responsibility. After that, he stopped responding to my messages altogether. However I called this morning attempting to do a spare of the moment trip for my significant other, understandably a Hard mission to accomplish last minute! However the last thing I needed to hear when striking out at every corner was the receptionist laughing at me for even trying to make something happen last minute. My son was scheduled to go fishing with his uncle on a family trip in Sitka and due to bad weather on Sept 16, our cruise ship was unable to make it to port. My sister had already put down over $1,000 with the assurance that if weather was bad, they would be refunded. This did not happen.
