Always EXTREMELY slow service and order is NEVER correct. Sadly it is not only at this location but every location in the Tri-State Area. Placed a mobile order the other day, came through the drive through, one truck ahead of us, no one was inside. waited over 5 minutes behind the truck while it was at the window, they had the truck pull off to wait on food. We pulled up to the window, no one addressed us. Over 5 more minutes, someone took food out to the truck, then went back in and was confused as to why we was at the window and I said when I pulled to the speaker a while earlier I said I had a mobile order and was told to pull around, which still confused the person but, after about another 5 minutes finally got food and by the time we got somewhere, we checked the food and it was far from correct. I called about the issue and was told to bring the food and receipt within a few minutes or there was nothing that can be done, but they never provided a paper receipt and said mobile receipt or email did not count. Read moreMe n my family pulled up to the Huntington mall store and yes it was 8:58 and we was just walking in for a carryout order and we wasn't going to be there long but when we was get out of the car the young girl who was in the lobby seen us getting out of our car and looked at us and locked the door in our face without saying anything to us. all my years working fast-food or food in general we would never locked the door in a customer's face. With no explanation for anything.it was completely disrespectful by that crew member. Who looked us right in the face and locked the door. Read moreOrdered online for delivery food was left at wrong house when neighbor found it she took it around untill she found who ordered it. So it was cold and nasty. We called the restaurant and they said they used grub hub or door dash. And it was not her problem after it left the store. We have no idea wich one delivered there were no stickers saying who delivered. Still has Burger King name on it so my opinion is it is your problem it is your product with only your name on it. Won't order from there again or even go there after the stay at home order is lifted. Also said delivery was free and there was a 2.54 credit tip and 3.99...
