If I could give no stars for receiving no service I would. So 3/14/23 I went in roughly around 130/145 I spoke to one of the women as they were stocking . She didnāt speak back . Iām soft spoken so no worries maybe she didnāt hear me.i continued to walk around the store looking for pretzels and turtles. I had never been in here before and all the packaging was different *seasonal packaging *. I couldnāt find it I walked past both workers several times . And not once was I approached or acknowledged. So I just left.Iām not exactly sure what the problem was because I know they seen me but to not be acknowledged or offered help is crazy. Iāve never experienced this in a Malleyās Iām usually greeted with open arms and loads of sales . This store was not welcoming at all . I hope they can improve this...

It was local and I needed same day shipping and accidentally got ups shipping. I didnāt notice until ab 130. I wrote an email explaining the situation and my mistake and she did everything she could to help me switch the delivery and have it delivered when I wanted it to be delivered. Not only did she solve the problem, she made it so easy for me to do so. I sincerely appreciate her going above and beyond with customer service to fix a mistake...
