My friends and I booked two back to back appointments, knowing we needed to try on multiple sizes to decide on the fit of items. We expressed this to the girl who brought us up to the shop and she was cool with it. As the three of us were trying on clothes the first saleswoman was excellent, she was great about getting different sizes and explaining fit to us- which is what we’ve come to expect from this shop in the past. About halfway through the first hour appointment another woman came out and joined in to our shopping experience, and that’s when things started to go south. I had some shirts laying on a chair bc I was waiting for my friends to give me their opinion on patterns, the women kept picking those up and putting them away, even after I explained why I had them on the chair and asked for them back. They proceeded to put my items back TWO more times. Then the second woman asked if we were done shopping so she could ring someone up, this was 45 mins into our first appointment. My friend explained that we had booked back to back (there is nothing against this in their booking info) because we knew we needed additional time. She proceeded to tell us that one hour was a lot of time to shop and more groups didn’t need that much time. We didn’t even know how to respond, we followed their protocol and were being told we were taking too long. Once my friend said we could leave if it was an issue she tried to change her tune, but by that point the damage had been done. She made us feel incredibly unwelcome and uncomfortable- destroying all the hard work that the original salesperson had done. My group spent nearly $400 in the one hour session and would certainly have spent more had she not made us feel rushed, and our fun experience was ruined. Such a disappointment because the clothing is so cute and the personal shopping experience is unique. This will be the last time that we shop at this boutique, and we will no longer be referring our friends...

So happy to have found this boutique! The Live sessions with sizing and style details are great! These girls go above and beyond with customer service. I recently placed an order and later realized I ordered the wrong size. I sent an email to see if able to change the size. It was the holiday weekend so didn't expect a response until Monday. Rachel responded the same day and made the correction. Their shipping is also crazy fast! Highly recommend...

If I could give more stars I would!! I ordered a pair of sunglasses from here and there was a mix up and I received the wrong pair. I contacted Rachel and she emailed me back in less than 30 minutes and had it solved and she even let me keep the wrong pair of glasses as a gift. She had the ones I wanted in the mail and to my door in 2 days. I am really blown away by the customer service here....
