When we first started getting our prescriptions filled at H‑E‑B, they were wonderful. However, the last 6 months the customer service and availability of prescriptions have been horrible. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 days for a common prescription. Also, I can’t believe the employees of H‑E‑B are allowed to demonstrate such horrible customer service. I've been a customer for approximately 6 years. Had 7 items in my cart and asked if I could checkout with pharmacy (no line behind me at this point) I was told 5 items is the limit but Troy reluctantly agreed to make an exception this one time. 2 people showed up as he was scanning my last item and I was told this is why we have the 5 item limit.
