Puer Tea and Coffee — Restaurant in Baytown

We visited the first time about two weeks after the business opened and the drinks were amazing! It was super delicious and the boba was good. We've gone a few times after, near that time frame, and the drinks were good. However, I visited with my siblings again today and we all agreed the drinks were horrible. All the drinks tasted sort of acidic, I don't know how to explain it. It wasn't bad, but it was off-putting. Normally, the drink in itself is the star of the drinks, but this time the sweetness of the boba was saving the drinks. Maybe it was the machine, maybe it was the worker, but all the drinks had a similar weird taste. This was super weird, so I came to see what other people thought in the reviews. I noticed other people had similar thoughts. The drinks are inconsistent. Sometimes they're very good while other times they're bad. I would recommend the establishment to figure this problem of inconsistency out, but other than that it's a good place that has a comforting/chill...

The experience today was subpar, I came in and ordered a Black Milk Tea which i’ve ordered before. Something in the drink was odd today (5/25) and I expressed my concern about it. I just wanted a black milk tea but I wasn’t sure what was off with the drink. The consistency was a lot thicker and I know the drink is already premade. So I don’t know if the milk tea was just made incorrectly or just not dated properly and spoiled. My girlfriend also tried it and spat it out. It just wasn’t anywhere close to the first few times I have ordered it. I substituted for the watermelon slush but still left unhappy.
