I am writing this review to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store. I am a regular customer and have always had positive experiences in the past, which is why I was particularly disappointed by the behavior of one of your cashiers.

We were leaving the store after completing our purchase, the alarm at the exit door went off. The cashier, a heavy set African American woman, immediately called us with a hostile attitude and demanded to check our bags. I understand the importance of security measures, but her approach was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

As she proceeded to check our bags, she handled our items roughly and even went as far as to damage our chocolate candies. When I asked her to be more careful with our belongings, she became defensive and began to raise her voice. I was taken aback by her behavior and felt the need to address the situation.

What concerned me even more was the reaction of the other cashiers, who seemed to be intimidated by her. It was clear that this particular cashier's behavior was not an isolated incident and may be affecting the overall customer experience at your store.

I believe that it is crucial for employees in customer-facing roles to maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times. In this case, I feel that the cashier in question failed to meet these standards and may benefit from being relocated to a position that does not involve direct interaction with customers.

Wish I could give them less than one star. We had a large purchase today over 500$. As we started to unload the cart the cashier put 3 glass mugs in the same bag loudly clanging them. My aunt asked nicely if they could wrap them and the cashier immediately took a condescending tone saying they didn’t have anything to wrap it with. When asked if she could bag them separately she said “well you are the one who put them all up here”. My aunt was flustered so handed me the money to pay out. As soon as she left the cashier immediately began trash talking her saying we were “being rude to a pregnant lady” and accused my aunt of cursing at her when she never said anything like that. At that point I was so worked up I couldn’t help but say “uhh no she didn’t but it was pretty stupid of you to put glass mugs in the same bag.” I handed the money to a friend because I didn’t want to fight and as I’m reaching the door the manager starts yelling at me to leave for “cursing” even though no one cursed at all until the cashier herself cursed accusing my aunt of saying something she didn’t and I was clearly already leaving. Absolutely will never go here again I have never in my life met a worker so pretentious and rude in my life.I can understand getting worked up easy while pregnant but it’s no excuse to treat customers like trash speaking negatively about someone right in front of their family and expecting them not to say anything about it. Well she picked the wrong one today. We already called corporate to file a complaint. Had to give them the receipt number since they don’t wear name tags and she refused...

Always love shopping here I just wish that they had more clothes in my size as far as quantity goes so that when I come back I could buy them but other than the buy it right then and there or take a gamble on missing out I can't complain prices are justified in my opinion the staff has always been approachable and helpful the hours are very reasonable it's nice clean accessible for people of all walks of life and I love the variety and how they have expanded to more than apparel household cosmetics and toys and stuff for the house and now that they carry more food items it's very easy to spend hours in there honestly I'd spend my entire check there if I'm not careful cause they have so much stuff I like and want and I love how they always got something for everyone in the family and the bathrooms are very nice and well kept I honestly could go on and on about everything I love about this place like I go here before thinking to check at Marshall's because they more than likely have what I want at a price that I find to be better than anywhere else I pray they keep improving and doing what they are doing cause they are hands down my go to and a place I recommend to all my...
