I came to the Gucci store on Feb.10th to find a new hand bag for my bday, I couldn’t do what I wanted because I’m 7 months pregnant so I thought a new bag would cheer me up. Mind you I came in with a Gucci bag that I got 7months ago from this very same store. I walk in and see a guy standing there thinking he was going to greet me but he looks at me and walks away. I proceed to walk through the store looking at different bags, I see a couple of workers walking around touching up things, still no one comes up to me, about 15 mins later I’m fed up and walk up to the worker and say “soooo do you guys help people anymore?” And the guy says sorry “I’m busy, I’ll get you someone.” I waited for a couple more minutes and got fed up. I proceeded to walk out and said to the same guy “you guys are loosing out on a lot of money if this is how your customers are treated.” All he said was sorry and told me to have a good day.... I was sooo disappointed but I went to Nordstrom and they helped me find a beautiful Oversized Gucci clutch. Read moreI visited Gucci Bravern store to buy leather slide sandal with horsebit. Unfortunately they didn’t have it in this store and the sandal has to be shipped from the Aspen store. The sandal came a little longer than expected due to FedEx delay. So I was excited when I got a call saying that the sandal had arrived and I can pick it up in store. Sadly, when I tried the sandal, it was about half a size too small for me. I’m usually a size 7,5 but because this sandal is a little snug, I have to go a half size bigger. Therefore I had to return the sandal and ordered a bigger size which they don’t have in this particular store. Thankfully AJ, the sales representative was very attentive, outgoing and informative in helping me reorder the sandal in a bigger size. About half an hour after my transaction, AJ called to inform me that he called and spoke to an Aspen store representative to make sure the transaction is processed and that they have the size 8 sandal in stock and that the sandal will be shipped the next day. I truly appreciate AJ for being communicative and delivering a great customer service. I will definitely visit this store again and without a doubt, AJ will be my go to...
Read moreI purchased a pair of sandals online and they didn’t fit so I figured I would return them at the Bellevue store. The store did t open until 12pm and I arrived a few minutes early and waited outside...they opened the door and I was told I need to wait longer until they set up after 12pm. I had to asked to come inside because it was raining and cold... once I was in the store with my shoes complete in tack with all the information included Shannon told me I had to have the email receipt in order to return the shoes in the store. I explained that I don’t have that email on my phone but I could show her the credit card charge. She eventually did the return but she kept repeating “I’m gonna do this for you one time and one time only”like she was doing me a favor... once we got to the register and she started proceeding with the the return. I was asked for identification that match my credit card. The moral of the story is it was poor customer service and I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong by returning a pair of shoes that I purchased. I’ve purchased items from this store before and had great experiences but Shannon didn’t offer the same type of experience...
