my husband went in to get me a gratefuit yakult with 30% sweet like how i usually ordered it but the worker there said he can’t do 30%? They said they only have 70% or 0 but on the menu clearly said 30% is available. then he waited for 20 mins for 1 drink to be made and unfortunately they made him a mango yakult instead?? my husband told them that they made the drink wrong and they made him paid for a new one which he did without even arguing/complaining with them. then he had to waited another 15 mins to reorder since they got a little packed which it is understandable but the worker have the audacity to tell my husband that it was his fault for not checking the order? he’s paid for a new one not asking for a free drink (my husband also tipped them the first time he ordered)… this girl really said “our policy is we read out the order and you have to check it” and she didn’t read it to my husband to check both time he ordered.. took him almost an hour just to get a drink. overall very bad service/experience today 6/25 at 6:00 pm - 7pm. we never had...
Read moreMy new favorite boba tea place! I didn't experience any kind of inefficiency the other reviews experienced. It was a long line for sure but there's K-pop playing on a TV that is so fun to watch and I would be worried if it weren't busy! It IS new after all, and people are saying this is better than drive thru boba. I think my macchiato was the best thing I've had in a long time... I want another as I type this! They wipe every tea off too when handing it to you which is a nice touch, because the place in crossroads hands it to you all sticky. I don't actually like cold tea, so the chocolate macchiato was nice because drive thru doesn't have anything that isn't tea and blank space cafe has smoothies, but they're so cold since they are mostly ice. Here, they let you customize the drinks too, but the default sugar for me...
Read moreWeather was so great on the weekend. After dinner and a short walk in Bellevue downtown park, my body was calling for a bubble tea. We yelped a bubble tea shop nearby and Coco was the only shop open till late, 10PM. It is a small shop on the first floor of Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Lucky us - Coco was celebrating its twenty something year anniversary and offered a promotion on Milk Tea at $2.80.
We ordered a Pearl Milk and a Taro Slush with less ice and 30% sugar. Drinks were ok with a bit of sweetness. No other memorable comments to leave regarding Cocos drinks as the drinks weren't any better. It took a long time for staff to get our drinks ready though.
Parking can be a bit tricky if you are a first-timer. It is available inside the hotel's...
