Five Below — Local services in Berlin

Average, It's 5 Below. Not Bad, Clean store mostly. They had some Easter stuff not much. Also, I noticed that leaving the store there wasn't any Cashiers at the front of the store. That is a thing in case of a person trying to attempt shopping lifting or robbing the store. Not one person in sight at the front, not safe. This store average 🙄 Nothing grand in particular. It's no longer Five Below, like The Dollar Tree, it's no longer discount city.

Went here today October 2nd, 23 the man was very helpful and very nice. The store was not well stocked. For a store that has only been there for 3 years, the inventory was It's Sporadical, especially for seasonal like Fall / Halloween decorations and stuff. Like Tee - Shirts , candy , and fun stuff. It was missing. Not many customers there today while I was in the store. All though the man who worked at the front registers who helped my mom find something she was looking for. Which the store did have that specific item she wanted. We didn't get the guy's first name, but he said he's only been working with them For a few weeks took the time very helpful and went back to actually show my mom the item , she was happy to get what she came in for . Good customer services. In addition, not just 5 Below Several upper stores had limited Fall/ Halloween items .

Since this chain adopted the “and more” monicker to cover items over $5, the quality of some stuff has definitely dropped off a cliff. Gone are the days where you’d come in and find decent brands, some big name, for only a few bucks. I used to find incredible deals on some of Sony’s more budget friendly headphones (normally $15-$20) for only a few bucks, now I’m seeing brands that market a product you definitely aren’t buying for any of the price points they’re selling them at. While there are still some great finds at these places, this one seems to lag behind a lot or at least just isn’t getting the same stuff as other places. It’s decent, but compared to the store in Framingham among others in the area, this one just seems a bit outdated and constantly disorganized. I’m a fan of shopping on a budget when the value is there, but Five Below just doesn’t offer the same value...

I went to my local 5 below and I needed pens they sell. They are open during construction but it's hard to tell since there is a fence surrounding the entire store. Also they had many things, but no art supplies. And that's all I went there for. So they should close or sell what they had. I suggest they just close. Since it wasted my time and with gas at 5 a gallon. I don't like wasting my time in a store that is doing so well but is always making me drive to another five below. Good job. And 5 stars to five below in general. But I take one away for not closing since your inventory isn't all out. It's missing and I can't say that's...
