It took me 20 minutes to order, people who order after me got their food before me, I ordered one sandwich meal and chicken nuggets. Everything feels fake and there no real emotion when they speak, i think if i made the commute to marlborough i would have gotten my food first. Will never come back here, i’ll stick to marlborough. I originally had it at 2 starts but upon opening my meal. I realized i had asked for no pickles and no tomatoes to which I ONLY got no pickles. So on top of slow service while it was NOT busy… They also got my order wrong. Definitely do not recommend. Hudson fix your shit. I’m adding another review because this is my second time at this location. It is 8:30 and the tables are down and the section “is closed”.. they close at 10pm. There is no reason the booths should be closed an hour and a half before they close. Read moreI wouldn't recommend this chick fil a at all. The staff is running around like headless chickens. They are poorly trained and most of the time you wait longer in the mobile order over the drive through. If they give you the wrong order than they basically just shrug off. I had to walk in to try and correct my order and there was three staff walking around doing nothing.
Listen I love chick fil a but I'll make the 20 min track to the Marlborough one because this one is so poorly run. The staff don't follow many of the chick fil a rules in training. They're also so uncaring it's frustrating. I get it. It sucks working fast food. But it's horrible when they mess up and basically look at you like it's your fault for complaining.
Maybe in the future they could be retrained. But the Marlborough chick fil a is so wonderfully run from going above and beyond that I'll stick there. The extra gas is worth less...
Read moreThis is a new Chick-fil-A that opened in summer 2025. While it deserves some grace for being such a new establishment, it has serious problems when it comes to service. I've been several times now to this location, and every single time something has gone wrong. 20+-minute waits for food, wrong orders, nobody manning the register—I've experienced all of these personally, and seen others experience them while waiting for my food. It's very frustrating.
I love Chick-fil-A and want this restaurant to succeed, which it ultimately will because people will still dine here even with bad service.
