Their customer service by phone and their in-store customer service are vastly night and day. The phone rep says one thing then when you make the effort and show up at the store in this location, they treat you like youâre not important or even acknowledged. This is mainly the reason why I love luxury items but never purchase nor want to deal with the Beverly Hills retails because of their attitudes. This is so shameful and sad that anyone even needs to deal with this type of behavior. Patrick who claims to be an assistant manager is very condescending and rude. Refused to pass me along to his manager when asked to and was arguing with me about how long I was waiting. Has the service industry been so horrible that we not only have to pay inflation charges but deal with rude and u helpful associates in the process. As soon as you complain, they are quick to advise that they donât like your tone. This is disgusting behavior and intolerable by anyone. Where is the quality control of your employees. I donât need to be schooled by Patrick nor do I appreciate his childish tone. Speak like a professional and not like a squeaky child. The store is literally almost empty and a bunch of people twiddling their thumbs but theyâre too good to actually help customers in a timely manner. They just want to create an illusion that theyâre busy. UghhâŠ.even though this is 2 blocks away from me, I now have to go to another further away location so I can actually get the adequate help I need.

I called the Beverly Hills store and inquired about getting my love bracelet looked at as it keeps coming off on its own several times in the past 10 days. The gentleman informed me to go into the store then and they can see me right away so I left work and went. I had to approach Patrick to check in and his fake smile and squeaky voice was not only annoying but condescending. Without an expression of understanding kept repeating in monotone that there is a wait and the phone rep is not physically in the store so they wouldnât know. When questioned why would you have a system set up that way to confuse and waste the clientâs time, he kept repeating the same paragraph and looking at me blankly. He said the wait is about 20 minutes. I waited about 38 minutes and went up to him again and I mentioned itâs been 40 minutes and there is still waiting involved, he became combative and disrespectful by sternly schooling me that it hasnât been 40 minutes since it was 38 minutes. He was disrespectful and honestly not a kind person to be in the service industry with no skills to diffuse a situation or patience. Then when I asked to speak with his manager, he shockingly and again passive aggressively mentioned how he is a manager. Basically, he refused me the client to speak with his manager and neglected to assist me in a kind manner. The fact that Iâm a paying client and have to take this kind of abuse from a bitter and unhappy and unqualified employee is unacceptable. This is the type of behavior your establishment is promoting is gross. Iâm not going to stand down to take this type of behavior. I will never return to your stores again until I get an apology from this unprofessional individual. I will be contacting all media outlets and BBB regarding this until you take action. This is...
Read moreWorst experience ever. Been other Cartier stores but this Cartier provides the most unrespectful and unprofessional customer services at all.
I bought a Santos Dumont watch for my fiancé's birthday gift, but got a refund right after the day I bought. From buying to getting a refund, it was totally horrible experience.
When the seller showed us the watch, as there was no protective plastic cap on the watch and the leather looks worn multiple times, I was asking her if this was a new watch or not. All she said is it is "brand-new", no other explainations. When we decided to buy that watch, she was unpleasant to do gift-wrapping. No quality check as well. No explanation about how to care, when to change the battery, etc.
Though we were not pleasant with the service, and even with the uncertainty, we were trying to be nice and bought the watch because it was my fiancé's birthday and did not ruin her day.
However, when my fiance was unboxing at the hotel, we found there are minor scratches on the steel of the body and one major scratch on the leather.
When we tried to get a refund, she said nothing about the watch with the scratch we bought nor the situation that she made us to come again for a refund, even she knew we were visiting and leaving on that day, but what she just did is showing another watch saying "it is a brand new" again. After my fiance decided not to take that new watch as she could not trust the seller anymore, she kept asking us why we "what is the problem of THIS watch?" And kept trying to sell it again.
Is this what Cartier tries to deliver to the customer? Is this what customers expect when to buy high-end brand watches?
If you want to experience the high-end quality of the service for buying luxuries, what you pay for, this is not the right store you want to try.
If this is the only place you have near around, then at least you SHOULD avoid this old lady with curly hair and glasses. All she cared about was selling and additional accs. Oh, special thanks to her for ruining my...
Read moreTerrible experience at this store - extremely disappointed in the lack of service or professionalism. We came into the store to pick it up my husbands wedding band and were quite disappointed by the experience. When we checked in someone said they would go get the order from the back and asked us to wait. We waited for 10+ minutes just standing in the middle of the store - no one even offered us somewhere to sit while we saw other people waiting for their orders being offered champagne, water etc. after waiting for so long, we asked if we could go upstairs to browse products in the mean time. Once the lady came back with the ring, she immediately handed me the paper and asked me to sign without even opening the box and showing us the ring. I had to ask her to open the box and show us the ring so that my fiance could try it on. He was taking a video of the ring while trying it on (so that he could document the special experience) and the lady looked visibly annoyed that we were taking long (keep in mind we had waited 10-15 minutes and she only spent about 2 minutes total with us). She didnât walk us through any details - warranty, engraving, return period. The box was also slightly dirty on one side.
I have purchased from Cartier at Yorkdale in Canada many times and have accompanied friends who have purchased from this location - never have we had an experience like this. When I bought my ring in Toronto, the team sat me down and opened the box nicely, offered drinks, encouraged me to try it on and take pictures, walked me through all of the details, put perfumes and chocolates in the bag. They truly made the experience so special and it is something I still remember to this day. The experience we had with our purchase here was nothing like that which is truly so disappointing because this was supposed to be a special moment for our wedding. Wish I had purchased from elsewhere. I have multiple Cartier pieces but will not be buying from...
