The most amazing service and very professional staff. Natali was helping me with a bracelet and was wonderful. I had an issue with the size so I took it to resize it. An employee at David Yurman Glendale wanted to charge me $120 to resize and said it would take 2 months. I was in shock because that’s not how the service is. So I took it to Natali on Rodeo Drive and her manager Steve was just amazing. He exchanged the bracelet with a brand new one and the size I wanted. He even gave me a special box to place it so it won’t get tangled. They both offered astounding services that are proper for the brand. The employees in the Glendale location need to be trained again because that is very poor service. So I highly recommend visiting the Beverly...

David Yurman is my absolute favorite jewelry brand. All of my iconic statement pieces are from DY. I have personally had the best experience at the Beverly Hills DY. Claudia, the elite sales associate, helped me find the perfect STAR OF DAVID ✡️✡️ necklace after I lost my old one in the Malibu wildfires. She was kind enough to go through all of the STAR OF DAVID’s they had in the store to find the perfect fit for me. She is also such a sweet, pure, kind soul. If you are looking for any iconic statement pieces from DY, go to the Beverly Hills location and shop with Claudia. She truly is one of the best. And every sales associate and manager at the Beverly Hills DY location is so kind & helpful. I cannot...

Me and my husband went there to buy a wedding band, the sales representative there was so rude, I tried one ring on and want to try another one, then the sales was like: oh, let me give you a catalog, you can give me call when you are ready, we are about to close, bye! The store close at 6pm and the time we went there was only 3pm. The sales were just talking with each other and doesn't care about customers at all.

David Yurman has good design on ring but you guys should really train your employees properly, I own a retail boutique store and if my employee treat customer like this I'll just fire them

Bvlgari and Tiffany's customer service are way better than David Yurman's. Bye I'll never buy...
