Dior — Local services in Beverly Hills

If I could give ZERO stars i would. I came into Dior to find some jewelry for my wedding events coming up and thought in person would convince to go with it. I told the employee lady named SELINA OR SELINE btw got her name after this event occurred because she was not professional at all. I wanted to see the Dior earring set & if possible try on and she right away said oh you cant try it for hygiene purposes so I said ok no worries i can just imagine its on by holding it by the side of my face and looking in the mirror, and so she gave me the earring and i grabbed to imagine it how it would look and she YELLED at me “ I SAID DONT PUT IT ON”, i said I’m not putting anything on like i said im looking only in the mirror, ALSO IM WEARING EARRINGS THAT I WALKED IN WITH still on my ears, i would need to take them off if i was putting their DIOR earring wouldn't I? but i was so upset the way she talked to me my whole day changed i no longer was excited for my wedding jewelry shopping and will not be purchasing. Moral of the story: she is not a good sales person plus she said their jewelry tarnishes. So automatically she should not work here. Also the demeanor of I’m better than you and looking at people up and down and seeing if they look like they can afford Dior. Don’t judge by appearance because trust me i can afford it if im asking to look at it. Karma is real and you making others feel this way is just not right. Especially if you are a mature...

They have such nasty attitudes at this store. Every time I’ve walked into this store the attitude they give… I don’t know who the sales people think they are. It’s also interesting that the majority of sales people are Chinese I guess that’s the largest customer base of theirs, but this is what leads to the horrible customer service because if you decide not to purchase based on the terrible attitudes of the sales people, they become so angry and short with you. I’d rather fly all the way to Paris and shop there instead. Not worth your time or money. If you have enough money to be spending it at this pathetic store it’s better for you to fly to Paris instead.

Also, if you have any type of issue with your purse, they do nothing to help fix repair or exchange. Their customer service is zero next to the Louis Vuitton or St. Laurent. I would be extremely picky with what you purchase at the store because don’t deliver any kind of service even at the top level of Corporate. They told me to sell my purse online if I didn’t like it. And if you do happen to purchase your bag in Europe and later, decide that you want a different bag, it is a no exchange policy when you bring it back to the states. They are not like that at any other designer shop, it feels like you’re shopping at forever 21 when dealing with Dior. The quality of their bags are on the same level of...

I usually don’t leave a review but this time I truly feel obligated to let Dior know how awful their products has become. I spent $492 for a perfume that smelled really good, but no one could ever tell that I wore anything unless they sniff my skin, I tried to put a lot more than usual but still unsuccessful. I went back to the store and I talked to the manager, and she gave me a sample of a new perfume. So I took that home and I used it and it was great, the smell was awesome and it stayed on my skin for a good amount of time. Then I went back to the store. I paid even more money and bought the new perfume in a smaller size than the original one. (Amber Nuit Eau De Perfume 8.5 oz $492 was the first one and the second one was Amber Nuit Esprit 2.8 oz $513 After finished that small sample I opened the new perfume -amber nuit Esprit- and I used it and no one could tell i was wearing anything! I was shocked. I used the same sample and everyone was asking what i was wearing! But the same perfume as the sample in the original box doesn’t smell the same or have the same effect! How??? I am so disappointed at Dior because I have been a loyal customer for years, and this had literally never happened!
