Horrible treatment by their young inexperienced staff today. Just get your baby’s things from Children’s Salon or Mytheresa or Harrod’s. It is not worth going to this store and supporting their small business. I always pass by this store from our house to my go to cafe in the neighborhood. Today I decided to check it out while walking my baby. We got discriminated by the young saleslady. Did not greet us upon coming inside and chased us going out the store saying my baby’s mini dinosaur that he was already holding coming inside, was stolen from them. She did not bother to say hello and look at us coming in but was eagle eyed towards us walking outside. This was my first rude experience from a saleslady. My mom from London is raging mad and wants to buy the whole store just to kick that staff out 🙏🏻

I suggest picking their staff well because it discredits the great products they carry. Poor customer service from that young girl, did not even bother to say that she’s just there to assist if Im interested...

Just bought my grandson and nephews some clothes and a baby sweater at the Rabbit! It’s always so fun to be there, see the cute buys and smiling faces of the employees and others shoppin here. I got everything done double quick and was checked out in no time – Katy, who rung me up, also gift wrapped in anticipation of my gifting these items, at no extra cost to me! Location is nice as is the store’s layout, it’s very small...

They really went above and beyond! They have an amazing selection for toddler boys and girls with a lot of brands across different price points. They pre selected outfits and I was able to quickly come in and purchase them for a video shoot. They went the extra mile bringing the bags to my car....
