My sister and I made a special trip from Newport to the Ferragamo boutique in Beverly Hills to have a wallet hot-stamped as a one-year anniversary gift for her boyfriend. Ferragamo has long been a beloved brand in our family, and we've only ever had exceptional experiences--until this visit. I'm not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, but this experience felt important to share because of how upsetting it was. I noticed, after the fact, that other reviews mention similar behavior from the same staff member. Unfortunately, our interaction with Lisa, the only associate available to perform the hot stamping, was extremely disappointing. After stamping the initials, we immediately noticed that the result looked slightly crooked and the gold was smudged. We politely showed Lisa a reference photo from Ferragamo's website and explained our concerns. Rather than working with us to find a solution, she abruptly said, "I will not be able to meet those expectations," and walked away to get the manager. As she left, my sister quietly expressed her disappointment to me. Lisa overheard and turned back to confront us, saying, "Excuse me, what did you just say?" without giving us a chance to respond. She then declared that she "does not tolerate disrespect" and would be issuing a full refund--without offering any other option or support. Her behavior was unnecessarily confrontational and deeply unprofessional. She later told the manager--right in front of us--that we had "cussed her out," which was entirely false. She had been polite at first, but became combative the moment we expressed dissatisfaction with the monogram. Thankfully, we had the opportunity to speak with Alla, the store manager, who was a complete professional and genuinely saved the experience for us. She listened, showed empathy, and reminded us why Ferragamo is a brand we've always trusted--not just for its quality, but for the experience and memory it represents. Thanks to Alla, we left feeling heard and respected. But Lisa's conduct left a lasting impression that simply doesn't reflect the elevated service associated with Ferragamo. We sincerely hope this feedback leads to improvements, as the customer experience should always uphold the values...
Read moreI have been a loyal client of Ferragamo for a long time. I have a wide range of Ferragamo products, most of which are imported from Europe. Occasionally, I visit the Ferragamo store at Topanga mall. However, today I decided to go to the Beverly Hills store to purchase new products and have my shoes repaired, as they were damaged at another store. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the manager, Joshua. It is disappointing to see a store manager who lacks professionalism in such a luxury brand. Without understanding the issue, he simply gave me the vibe of “leave the store“. I felt like his manner of speaking was disrespectful and offensive towards me and my wife. Even when I expressed my concerns about his behavior, he responded dismissively, suggesting that there could have been a better way to handle the situation. Instead of apologizing and addressing the reason for my visit, he gave off a vibe, "leave the store." I have never experienced such a level of disrespect from someone who not only lacked respect but was also rude to us. Despite driving 40 miles to visit this store and purchase new shoes and other items for my wife, I intend to escalate this matter to the...
Read moreThe worst costumer service. My boyfriend and I came to the store to choose him new year gift. We saw a jewelry thay we liked and asked a women salesperson to show it to us. Right away she had bad attitude and looked like we bothered her. The bracelet was too big and we asked if there is a smaller size. She said no. Then we saw a smaller size bracelet in another display three feet away. Again she looked unhappy to show us the peace. At this point we wanted to leave the store, but my boyfriend liked the bracelet. So I asked her what kind of stones were on it, and she cut it off in a rude way. I don't know! Our jaws just dropped the way she said it. We bought the bracelet anyway, but it did not felt like a gift, new year, or any type of a celebration. My boyfriend bought shoos from the store as well. But honestly I will never be back here. They are not worth your time. Manager needs to hire friendlier people who actually want to work and...
