It is review for Aniston. This woman work in Prada store on Rodeo Drive. I am not a customer of this brand and never will be. I worked in food delivery. When I brought food for Aniston, which cost only 6 dollars and approached the store, the security guard did not let me go inside. The guard said that I can leave the food for him and he will give it to her. A few minutes later, Aniston called me and asked where her food was. I replied that the guard should hand over the package to her. Aniston began to object and hung up. When I asked her for a pin code to confirm delivery she hung up again. this story shows the relationship of Prada staff with people. If you have money, maybe they will be polite and patient with you, if you don't have money, you will see their true face. I want to show, that not only Aniston can leave bad reviews, but we can too. I rarely write negative reviews, but the experience at the Prada store in Beverly Hills was genuinely disappointing. After a wonderful experience at YSL nearby, we walked into Prada intending to make a purchase — but were met with one of the most unpleasant and condescending sales associates I’ve encountered.

Her attitude was dismissive and arrogant, as if assisting customers was beneath her. For a luxury brand like Prada, you’d expect elegance, warmth, and professionalism — not this kind of snobbery. It’s surprising that someone representing such a renowned brand could make customers feel so unwelcome.

I will never go back to this prada store in beverly hills because the sales agent guy who assisted me shouted and humiliate me. If I will buy a luxury item and spend thousands of dollar, I would like to get only the best. So this guy was giving me the last stock pair of shoes that i asked him. The strap has noticeble wrinkled and I am not happy about it. When I told him i am not getting it. He shouted at me like everybody heared it. I felt dissapointed so I just get out of the store.
