If you want a stylist who treats you with disrespect and a lack of professionalism, does not care about your loyalty, wastes your time, and gives mediocre haircuts, then Rodante is your guy! Through my ten years as a client I put up with Rodante being late uncounted times and a couple of times no-showing for my appointment. I kept giving him more chances. I shouldn’t have. I also watched over the years as he disparaged some of his other clients, laughing about how he’d cut them off (by cancelling the appointments they booked until they became frustrated and left) if they annoyed him, were deemed by him to be not cute enough to be his client, or if they did not tip enough. I should have know someday I’d be on the receiving end of that treatment. Last week when I booked an appointment Rodante told me that he was DOUBLING my rate. I asked him if we could consider an alternative given that this is not an industry standard practice and that I’d been a client for 10 years. He ignored my messages. Then he cancelled my appointment one hour before it was set to start. I booked an appointment for the next day, only to be cancelled by him because he was “not working that week.” I happened to be in Beverly Hills at around the time my appointment had been, and saw with my own eyes that he was in fact working that day. All of this coming after my most recent haircut with him where he was 20 minutes late without even giving me a courtesy text that he was running late, then making me sit in his chair for 10 minutes while he cleaned hair dye off of his curtain, then rushing through a 15 minute haircut. I recently had awesome opportunity of visiting Rodante's Men's Salon for the first time, located on the prestigious Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. Prior to my visit, I had read about his stellar reputation online and heard about how meticulous he is with his work. Surly I came with a high expectations

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a sleek and modern salon with a color scheme of black, white, and silver. The tasteful design immediately conveyed that this was not just any ordinary barber shop, but a high-end salon. The location itself, right in the heart of Beverly Hills, only added to the the establishment.

I decided to get some blonde highlights on the top of my head for my wedding day and I was beyond impressed with the results. Not only did my hair look amazing, but the precision of the cut was on point. In fact, I can confidently say it was the best haircut I've had since moving to Los Angeles.

Rodante is awesome! I came her in February to get a wavy-type perm and not so much curly. He worked with me to find a style that would fit my hair. It was crazy because I came in here not knowing what I wanted, but knowing that I was tired of my straight hair and wanted some waves. He ended up giving me the perm I never knew I wanted, and it changed my entire appearance and no exaggeration made me feel totally different.

Because the perm was wavy and not curly, the time it would last was shortened, however, I went in for a second appointment in October, 10 months later, because my hair continued to stay wavy way past the time it should have.

The service is great, offering a selection of water, coffee, snacks, and even wine. The process was long, but Rodante was on top of everything. His small crew also made sure to cater to whatever I needed during the entire process. The place was super clean, tidy, and I really felt like the price I paid was completely worth it.
