It was a nice spa and I had a very good massage by Clara. For the price that it is, I would have liked to see better amenities/products in the spa area itself. I did love the tranquility area, the beds are super comfy but the refreshment area could have a few more options or at least have options for purchase. I’m used to seeing quality products in the spa available for usage. I did see single use brushes and combs, one hair dryer and q-tips/make up remover. I don’t usually care to bring my toiletry bag with me to a luxury spa, everything should be available there. There was face wash at one sink if you scoured the whole place. There was no moisturizer or sun screen anywhere to be found. My intake questionnaire that I filled out ahead of time was very thorough but unfortunately was not used correctly. I’m petite but I got a XXL robe and Large slippers for someone with size 10 feet. Our welcoming and tour of the facilities was a little brief and Kurt. The receptionist was nicer after we had to ask her a few questions since we had never stepped foot in there before that. Got an amazing surprise spa appointment from my fiancé who had me set up with a facial & massage while he was away on a trip. Was such a great treatment—recommend Lisa (5 stars)!

Only flaw was that they would not let me charge my fiancé’s cards despite him putting in on file so that he could pay for my treatments as a gift. Imagine getting a ~$600 surprise present that you have to pay for yourself! Would have been a 10/10 experience if the original planned payment was allowed to be used.
