After going through a few of the stores along Rodeo Drive, I and my family went into Valentino. We didn't buy anything, but nonetheless, the customer service was amazing. The sales assistant who talked to us, Holland, was so nice and well informed especially on where the materials Valentino uses on its products were sourced from. I'm most concerned that the products I use are ethically farmed and asked sales assistants from all stores I visited if they knew anything about how, where, and from what their products were made - all to which I received vague answers such as 'from Italy', 'we work with local farms', 'they are bi-products'. Holland let me know everything I needed, even showing me the documentation on how and where products were made. She shared with me information I was surprised about-: the snake skin used for handbags were farmed from Australia and different species had to be kept apart from each other; the livestock used for leather or skins were raised on Valentino farms and humanely killed for their skin rather than a mass bi-product from an abattoir; and even cotton used on clothing was rain-watered. We were also offered water as she guided us around the store, and after knowing we were tourists, went out of her way to print off a sheet of sightseeing recommendations for us. Needless to say, we were touched and thoroughly impressed at this impeccable service. Personally, I prefer not to buy statement articles but after this I will definitely be re-visiting and buying...

I returned a purse the day after I bought it due to poor design- it was literally painful to pick it up. lol
I paid cash, and they didn’t have cash to give it back to me so they wired me money. 10 days later I did not get the money I called and called nobody ever answers at the store. I called the one 800 number. I was putting in contact with management I sent management an email in New York City. They responded said they’ll get back to me and they’ll look into it. Now we are on 21 days later and I came back in for a third time because I am not getting answers or my money back. The manager had the audacity to tell me that he had to call me tomorrow because he still couldn’t get a hold of anyone. It is unacceptable. I will never ever shop here ever again. I will never support this company. Total failure...

He went to this place looking for a bag but was rudely turned around and was advised they don't sell "Men Items".HE DIDNT SAY HE WAS LOOKING FOR MENS ITEM! HE WAS LOOKING FOR A PURSE!!!! I'm so shocked by this horrible treatment. He then was approached by another store rep and was told the same thing.
