I unknowingly purchased a fake labubu from their store. As I was checking out, I was told it was authentic but a second generation version. I opened it after purchasing and sure enough, it is a complete fake! I went back in and told them just to let them know they’re being scammed by their distributor and they were so defensive about it. I had to show them evidence that it was a fake (had 10 teeth, no QR code in the box, etc) and they claimed they would be calling their distributor and getting back to me but in no way would I receive a refund.

I totally understand how you can get scammed. But be an honest business owner and refund your customers for YOUR MISTAKE. I would not recommend doing...

Walked into this toy store last Thursday, woman behind counter asked if I was looking for anything, I mentioned I was surprised to see so much pirate stuff. Every other store was bear or animal related to the Big Bear area. She seemed to be very defensive about my comment. If I could give this place minus stars I would. I came in today with me kids and bought a small $14 dollar bear which I happily bought. I walked out before my son who is 11 years old he came out to tell me the lady working there had him empty his pockets and accused him of stealing $3 fake gold!!!
