So I walked into the store, and I was instantly greeted with a smile from two girls. One of them walked up to me and began talking to me about how my day was going. It was nice encounter. She eventually gave me her name which was Maddie, and she began to help me shop for a wedding that I had no clue about what to wear. I was so clueless. Needless to say, Maddie asked her coworker for help. She introduced herself, and her name was Marissa. Together, they picked out a complete outfit for me to try on and even reminded me that I was going to be the one wearing it, and my opinion mattered most. I felt like they were actually trying to help me rather than just sell me some clothing items. They helped me until I was finally ready to check out, and they knew I was happy with the choices that I decided to go with! I felt like my experience here was not welcoming at all. When I walked in with my sister, we were only greeted. We began looking around and a little later, some other customers came in. Emily, an associate there, was quite attentive to the other customers in the store. Whether it was greeting them, telling about all the sales and deals they were have (there were multiple ones:BOGO. Buy one get one 50% off, and the tops were all discounted) She conversed with them and such, then another customer came in and the associate was attentive to those customers too. Engaging in conversation or asking if they need any assistance. Not another time were me or my sister addressed since the first greeting we had. Only at check out did she speak to us again.
