The concept is great, prices are very reasonable but the employees are horrible. They take away from all the great products that the store has to offer. . . Nothing was priced correctly and when we prove that to them, they wouldn’t t honor the price point that was on the shelves. The manager Mathew stated the following “I will not Honor the price at the shelve because that’s how I was trained” when we asked the young man for corporate contact info, he blatantly gave us the store phone number and had his teenage associate answer the phone. That conversation was a joke itself. When confronted about the situation he stated (you guessed it) “that’s how I was trained” they both had on headphones the entire visit ignoring inquiries and the young lady was eating chips on the sales floor while gossiping on a wired headset smh. Like I stated , great products and price points but horrible horrible customer service...

I love this store. The selection of products, whether food or gifts is diverse, the people are so friendly, and it’s in a nice spot. Shout out to the one worker, i think her name is Tonia.
