Popcorn Plus - Edgewater Mall — Local services in Biloxi

We had our first and last experience at this location which is a shame because the product is great but the Cashier made me and my family very uncomfortable. We gave them a $20 and was only given $6 in change back for a small bag that should have came out to under $4. When we asked how much we were charged and mentioned the lack of change given the Cashier got snappy and questioned the amount given back even though it was shown to her directly. She quickly gave the other $10 in change back that she didn't give initially but didn't apologize and was just silent which led us to believe her keeping the $10 was on purpose and not a mistake based on her lack of remorse...

I drove 28 hours to Biloxi Ms, and waited 3 hours today for some good fresh popcorn. Which mall didn't open until 12 today!!! Unfortunately the cashiers didn't feel the need to make fresh bash of popcorn from yesterday morning. I've been coming for decades to get fresh big huge containers of popcorn and these lazy employees on this Sunday morning not even 30 minutes from opening. NO FRESH POPCORN OMG!!!! Then the attitude of the cashiers as if they truly hate their easy job!!! I'm spending $50 on popcorn I'd like it to be fresh as possible at least mine...She said they didn't have time this morning to make a fresh...

We’ve purchased popcorn and candy here before and the service/quality is always all over the place. Came here today for popcorn. Spent almost $12.00 for it only to get home with stale popcorn. Only one employee from a few months back was honest with us on a day we asked for a type of popcorn. She told us that it was not fresh and recommended another one, which turned out to be our favorite. She also offered us a sample to determine the freshness. No one has done that since and the staff there barely interacts with you and is 100% fine with selling you old stuff. ...
