I took a ring here to have it resized, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. When we picked it up, there was a noticeable "V" mark where the work was done, prompting me to request a rebuild of that area. Shortly after, while cleaning the ring, one of the diamonds fell out because they did not check the prongs to ensure the setting was secure. I had to take it to Zales to fix the issue, where they repaired the one setting and replaced the missing stone—an additional $80. Read moreI'm very disappointed with the customer service of Traditional Jewelers, They don't keep record or files of what they sale to you, I'm trying to find more information about the piece of jewelry that was bought for me and I live no where near them and they are requesting that I bring it into them to find the clarity and see how much it appraises for, also Ive had to have the prongs tightened 3 times no other jeweler will clean it or even touch it, I've only had the ring two years, I must say I will never purchase from them again, I will go with a much larger company that keeps files or records...

Seiko has a three year warranty, but has not replied to my email and their phone line is always busy. Also bought 2 ankle bracelets for $350+ and they were to thin and broke easily and got lost.
