Spencer's — Local services in Biloxi

Only reason I gave a star at all was to leave a review. Went in to find a specific item couldn’t find it, had to ask the the young man at the register 3 times for help and stand in front of him before he acknowledged I was there. There wasn’t any loud music playing and I was less than 5 ft from him a I speak loudly when asking for help. He didn’t seem interested at all in helping and acted like I was annoying and then flat out lied to me about the item I was looking for. I asked if I could special order it and he again said there was nothing the store could do for me. I only saw 2 other employees in the store that seem to be to busy stocking to worry about me and the young lady on the latter gave me a judgemental snif as I walked past. The young man up front working on a display at the door was polite and probably didn’t have a clue what was going on. The guy at the register needs to stop playing around on the work computer and stop lying to customs just because they don’t fit his idea of cool. I've been in Multiple Spencer stores so I get and understand the store and have purchased from spencer before.. But today I visited... I was disgusted and appalled that your store or any Spencer store would carry multiple shirts about Autism and making fun of it and or placing it with disrespectful things! It is a disability and people who struggle didn't choose that life! Surely a company wouldn't make a shirt down grading people with Down Syndrome or any other Disability. Absolutely...
