I would like to share the amazing customer experience my wife and I had this past Tuesday with Lori W at the Kohler Signature Store in Birmingham Michigan. Over 17 years ago I had installed all Kohler fixtures and faucets when I built my home. In that time, up to now we only had a problem with a kitchen faucet "which Kohler replaced over the phone". This time one of our sink faucet handles broke. It is a decorative special handle with a porcelain insert. We had never been to the store before and quite honestly didn't think they could help us with such an old item, not to mention a small item. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. Lori W greeted us when we arrived and right away made us feel like we were their best customer. She spent at least 1-2 hours researching the exact part number of our faucet handle and finally found it with the help of a customer service person at Kohler that she contacted. To top it off, the part had a 15% discount. :-)

I cannot express how thankful we are to Lori W for her amazing customer service. She never gave up until she achieved a good result for us. That's the kind of person I want on my team. Her actions meant more to us than the faucet handle, I just haven't experienced this level of help since I...

All employees in this store are great, very friendly and supportive.

However, this store does not price match.

I purchased Kohler product at this store about $1500 on July 2nd. I found a better deal from another site which cost about $900 on July 4th, which is like 40% cheaper.

On July 5th, I requested refund or a price match but it was not possible because of the store/Kohler policy - the part is already been shipped.

Instead, they offered me $190 discount. Which means I shall pay about $1300 for total.

If I choosed refund, I could get about $1000 because of 25% restocking fee and they dont refund shipping cost. In this scenario, I had to pay $1400 for total if I buy the same product from another site - $900 and $500 which was not refunded.

There was my mistake that I did not check other stores price before making a contract. But price match and free return is kind of common for nowadays.

I recommend you to check the price at another site like google or amazon before making a contract.

After trying to find an oil rubbed bronze faucet (Koehler) for my bath to match the rest of my home, I went to the Signature store to see if I could get it there. I was greeted by Ali Dayekh very pleasantly and he seemed so willing to help. I was told they had discontinued all oil rubbed bronze products and there were non to be found in the style I needed. I thought that that would be the end of my conversation with Ali but he asked other associates if they knew of any possibility there might be one somewhere in the system. To no avail he couldn’t find one. In stepped Ali Bazzi & Susie Yangouyian and they suggested Ali D. try another way to approach it. Low and behold there was 1 available 😅 If not for the persistence of the entire staff I would have been out of luck. Between Ali D. , Susie and Ali B., I received customer service above and beyond my expectations!!! I will definitely be back for any other Kohler needs I have in the future!!
