Buyer beware, this whole story started about 3 years ago I put mine down on a couch. As it turned out my granddaughter passed away the same day, I tried to get my money back because I had to make a couple of trips to California, and there policy is store credit so ok I didn’t see the sign and no one told me. Fast forward to today we used the credit and purchased a recliner, and this is where the fun begins again, whilst paying a women comes in and makes complaint about a 2 week old mattress their response sorry to hear that it is breaking down after 2 weeks keep an eye on it. Should have been my clue to run the other way, finished purchase get home and the heat and massage doesn’t work, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my husband, so drive 2 hours to take chair back it is now January 18 th 2022, the chair has been there 2 1/2 weeks not fixed no service if I could give minus stars I would. The costumer service the women got for mattress and that we have gotten has been horrible, so purchase at your own risk you have been warned the stuff they sell is junk and you cannot get cash back only store credit so they get your money no...

Terms were not met, that were originally agreed upon, product was damaged. Overall very dissatisfied. Big hype on selling, poor poor performance on actual deliverables. He went over the invoice with me to make sure the purchased items were correct. He told me the policy on returning items. He let me know the days deliveries are made and the cost.
