We recently had a disturbing experience at Tokyo grill that left us shaken. A group of 8 friends went there for dinner, and when one of us politely grabbed an extra spoon for our tablemates, the server reacted aggressively. Despite our calm demeanor, the server shouted and intimidated us, creating a hostile environment. The situation escalated quickly, making us feel uncomfortable, scared, and even concerned for our safety. We eventually decided to leave the premises to avoid further confrontation.

Read moreI've tried to communicate with the manager of this restaurant, due to many comments saying that they had a bad service. Now I can clearly tell you some of the bad comments have misunderstanding or even with malice.
Someone said they were yelling at just because taking one more chopsticks, but actually they took at least five to eight per person.
Someone said they were yelling at as soon as they walked into the restaurant, and were treated rudely. But actually the manager just didn't know how to communicate as a native, and she is love to give supports.
