Save this list for your next trip to the High Country! 📍in and around Boone, NC ➡️ First up 📍Happy Dash Farm is in Boomer, NC @happydashfarm which is about an hour from Boone. Worth the drive to see the highland cows! ➡️ If you want something free to do the 📍Memorial Park in downtown Blowing Rock, NC is a great option! We stayed at @laquintaboonenc and it is only about 18 minutes away. ➡️ If you’re looking for an adrenaline rush @skyvalleyziptours is great for families! It’s only 14 minutes away in Blowing Rock, NC. ➡️ Another family friendly place you could spend most of the afternoon is the only gravitational anomaly in NC! Visit @mysteryhill_nc in Blowing Rock which is only 12 minutes from the hotel in Boone, NC. Make sure to save this list & look out for Part 3! This family friendly itinerary is worth saving! ➡️ Where to stay 🏨 @laquintaboonenc La Quinta Inn and Suites has - spacious rooms - complimentary breakfast every morning from 6-10am - has a pool and hot tub - complimentary refreshments in the main lobby - close to dining and adventures ➡️ Where to eat @peppers.boone Peppers Restaurant and bar is just a 5 minute drive from La Quinta! The food was amazing and I would eat there every day for lunch and dinner! ➡️ What to do @skyvalleyziptours Sky Valley Zip Tours is great for families. During this visit Layah got to try out the kids zip line course which is for ages 4 and up while daddy went on the adult course! They had a blast! ➡️ Other things to do is visit Old Barn Winery which was a 26 minute drive from the hotel and something free to do in downtown Blowing Rock was the park which is great for the kids! There’s so many things to do in the area! We visit a lot so make sure to follow @raleighthingsfamguide & @princesss_layahhh for more of Boone and the surrounding areas!
