LOVE THIS PLACE!! I had my double eyelid surgery here with Dr.Lee last October, it’s been almost half year now, and I have to say I’m super happy and pleased with the result. I’ve always wanted to do my eyelid, because naturally they were so puffy and swallowed which make me look exhausted and not energetic. I heard this clinic from my friend long time ago, and had their WeChat. Always seeing their posts and positive reviews of their customers make me want to take a shot. Finally, I scheduled an appointment for the consultation (I remembered it was about a month before the surgery). The staffs were super nice and welcoming, one more thing I really liked was I didn’t wait at all , I went there on time, and after I got into the room, there were Lindsey and Dr.Lee. ( Not only this time, after the surgery I had to go back each month to let Dr.Lee check my eyes, and it’s always been the same. Their customers service really surprise me.) during the consultation, Dr.Lee was patiently listening to my expectations from the surgery, and explaining the process, before and after, what is doable... and Lindsey was so sweat because each time Dr.Lee said some kind of professional medical term of words, she just translated to me at the same time. Finally, the surgery day, all staffs were helping me to relax, and we were joking and laughing... it took me about like 3 hrs give and take. The whole process was relaxing (there was even a music for me during the surgery because I was too nueves and couldn’t stop shaking for a bit hahah) but the nerves feeling suddenly got covered with the environment with all the staffs, also Dr.Lee has a super gentle hand and he was keep checking with me to make sure I’m relaxed and comfortable. after the surgery, Lindsey gave me the prescriptions I need to take for a week, the creams for the eyelid, and ice pad... as I mentioned earlier, since the time I removed the stitches after a week, Dr.Lee asked me to go back every month to re-check my eyes with him, and each month I go, he always asks me if I’m happy with it, how am I feeling....he is so nice and super considering. It’s been almost half year now, today was my 6th visit to the clinic after the surgery, and Dr.Lee said everything looks good, and my eyes are healing very fast, but I need keep checking with him. I just feel like he is so responsible, and he really loves what he does, also each time I see him, I can see his passion over his career and respect for his patients. I’m super happy and feel lucky. And I truly am super thankful to Dr.Lee for finally making my dream come true. I really wish him the best success to his career...

Do not trust the positive reviews. This place is extremely unprofessional. I got two micro-needling and fractional treatments at this place to reduce my acne mark redness, but it resulted in nothing. They asked the receptionist without any license or certification to numb me before the treatments, and she was complete without any disinfection process. They will suggest you get the more expensive treatment instead of the one which suits you most after the free consulting. And they do not have a price menu to let you see what the exact price is. The only way you know the price is from their staff's mouth. I used to ask about the price online before I go there, but after driving 30 minutes to their clinic, I got a higher price. They said they gave me a different price because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the costs. However, I know the receptionist before, and she has already worked there for at least a year or longer. They knew that you are not going to leave because of the time you've already spend traveling there, so they could expect you to pay a higher price for the same treatment. They suggested me to do fractional instead of micro-needling, although I intended to do micro-needling. I chose to trust them because I thought they were professional and knew which treatment would be better for me. OK, I was wrong. The fractional should result in smaller poles on my face and reduce my acne marks' redness, as they said. But I don't see any positive results for me after two fractional treatments. Right now, my face became more sensitive than ever. They asked me to do fractional because it is three times more expensive than micro-needling. They also sold facial masks for $200 a pack to me, but I later found out that the masks can be bought online at other places for only $20, and they were just regular masks. I see in another review they denied that they were called BeBeauty before. But if you google the two names, BeBeauty and AeLee, you will find out they have the same address. They are LIAR. They don't want people to know they were BeBeauty because there are too many negative reviews online. 真的是超级大无语的一个动作了 很难想象这家为什么可以这么不要b脸 bebeauty是不是你们自己原来名字心里没点b数吗 还说你们不做微针? 阴间人赶紧回阴间去吧 祝你们早日倒闭

Maybe they are just pretending they do not know Chinese that they can’t read the text on the picture I post that proved I went there and got treatment before. However, something I want you to know is their main website is completely in Chinese so they must know Chinese. Do not let...

The only thing this horrible clinic did well was advertising and deceiving consumers by fake reviews. They have been writting positive reviews by themselves since last two weeks. They denied that they used to call "BeBeauty" since there are too many complaints under that name, and they said they do not offer micro needling treatment. That's so ridiculous, they did offer me micro needling treatment last year, and it doesn't do anything on my skin, my skin became even worse after the treatment, and they will never give you any kind of compensation even if it's their fault. The one who wrote the positive review for Aelee also wrote the positive review for BeBeauty, if you go over all the positive reviews then you will find out the truth.
