Beware of this company. They do not treat their customers with respect and will completely ghost you, call you a liar and injure you in the process.
I paid the $85 "body assessment" fee, signed up and paid in full $1,970 with Elite in Aug of 2022 in hopes of getting back into a fitness routine after Covid. They came and did their body analysis and asked a lot of personal questions. They assigned a trainer to me, that was a terrible fit. I emailed Luis to tell him how unsatisfied I was and let him know about my experience. None of the personal information they obtained was shared with the trainer they actually assigned. During our first session he asked me in the middle of the gym how much I weighed.
My email to Luis on 8/30/22: My trainer does not pay attention to how I am handling different exercises, does not listen to me when I tell him I am physically unable to do an exercise. He wants me to prove I cannot do something, and after my 2nd workout I injured my back to the point where I could not get out of bed, off the couch, etc without significant pain. Also after our 2nd workout we had a strong disagreement with how he is training me, and I left with tears in my eyes. During our 3rd session we actually argued and yelled at each other over me not being willing to make my back worse by even trying an exercise he insisted I do. I know my body and where I am in my fitness journey, and he is not responsive or respectful to that.
I received one response from Luis saying he would find me a new trainer, and that was the last I heard from Luis until he called me back in May of 2023, 9 months later, to call me a liar and accuse me of defaulting.
I emailed Luis on March 14th hoping to get my paid in full training sessions scheduled. As he never replied, I assumed he no longer worked there. I did not have any number to call, so on May 8th I used "Contact Us" on the website to reach out and requested either scheduling sessions or refunding my payment. The response was they will have a director reach out to me to understand the situation. Again, no response.
On May 12th I replied back state that still no one has reached out. Finally Luis (who had not once reached out in 9 months) called, left a message and sent a text saying he called 4 times in the last month, which was false. I called him back 15 minutes later and got his voice mail.
On May 26th after still NO response, I texted back telling him how frustrated I am with the lack of response. He called me at 8:15 pm and we finally connected. He started with blaming me for not responding to his nonexistent calls, said he had been calling me for months, with no response. I told him I have not received any message of any sort, email, text or phone call since August 30th. He called me a liar said he'll prove it by sending screen shots of his calls. Telling me I defaulted on my agreement.
NOT ONCE did he or ANYONE say can we schedule you now, let alone apologize for their silence. They did not acknowledge ANY responsibility in their complete silence for 9 months. Luis started the conversation blaming me.
Luis was yelling at me, calling me a liar and so completely unreasonable and infuriating, I had to hang up. I am not going to be called a liar and be so mistreated by anyone, let alone a customer service business that I paid over $2,000 to.
Steer clear of Elite if you want to be treated decently and get the service...
Read moreI was hesitant to sign up for working out with elite home fitness because I don’t have much free time and because I haven’t exercised in 2 decades. But their promise to be super tailored to each client enticed my curiosity.
Well, after working out with Virsavia for the last 6 weeks, I am blown away!! I feel so much physically stronger, I have more energy during the days, and I am enjoying the exercises so much that I’ve been buying dumbbells, weight balls, resistance bands, and a new mat to workout at home on the “off” days.
This is a greater feat than I imagined was possible. If I knew it was this great, I wouldn’t have waited 2 decades!!
Virsavia has an impressively keen awareness of your progress and keeps challenging you just the right amount such that you don’t even feel much difference in the workouts. But suddenly you are SO much stronger and doing deadlifts, while I would have laughed if someone would have told me I would be doing this even a few weeks ago.
Kudos to the fantastic work, Virsavia. I can’t stop talking about it to my friends and family. And while I was worried that the only time I can work out is before work, I find that I actually have more energy and am in a better mood on the days I wake up earlier to have our workout!

Edit: I loved my sessions with Johnny! I had previously rated this 5 stars, but unfortunately I experienced a big mess up from the office. I had contacted them to cancel my subscription a month before it would've recharged me. I was told that it was cancelled, but the next month I got a charge for the whole $6,000+. Luckily I was able to dispute the charge from the bank, but I never got a reply from the office after I was charged.
I'm grateful that I was looking at my credit card charges, because if I had trusted that they cancelled it, I would be out a significant chunk of change.
