I am so so sad to write this but as much as their haircut is usually good, the customer service is absolutely AWFUL. I was late to my appointmentā reached at 4:42 instead of 4:30. I went and informed I had an appointment at 4:30 (ofc I knew i was late and i was more than okay to reschedule). Before I could even say anything, no greeting & no welcome, Ellie (guy with long hair) instead directly gives me a look and starts complaining about how i am late, how this is a ME problem, proceeds to tell me he canāt do anything. I asked him if we can reschedule or work someout and he completely dismissed what I was saying. Another employee kindly stepped in and made it less embarrassing for Ellie because customers were watching. She took me in and gave me a really nice haircut. I was extremely uncomfortable throughout the visit though, a little shaken from how I was treated. Being late as a customer shouldnāt be treated like a punishment. The lady told me i have nothing to stress about and should not worry. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing experience that I PAID for, turned into a complete disappointment. Please please...

I asked for an available appointment was offered one time on Saturday at 9:30 but unfortunately, I had a conflict. It was short notice on my part so I was not expecting much. I asked about the following week and was offered a 1 or 11 on Monday and I clarified that I had one appointment that day at noon so I could not make those times but was otherwise available. He then got frustrated and told me to tell him a day and time that works so he doesn't have to go back and forth. I had been pleasant and polite during our conversation and was surprised by the rude response.There are many ways to say this more politely and plenty of salons in Boston that can at least make it through scheduling an appointment without being rude.
