Persona Jewelers is my new long term jeweler because of three issues: trust, fanatical excellence, and kindness. I won't go anywhere else.

First, trust: Gary listened to my concerns about not allowing my diamond out of my sight while I was getting a new setting. Many jewelers expect you to leave your loose stone with them while they take it in another room to set it. Gary let me keep my stone in my sight the entire time. Moreover, he took time to find and to show me the unique features of my stone, compare it with other diamonds and cubic zirconium so that I would be able to prevent any potential future deceit.

Second, excellence: Gary working reminds me of a fantastic conductor rehearsing a fine orchestra to perfection. He is a master.

Third, kindness: Gary had the opportunity to charge me extra after giving me his price, for a service that came up after, and didn't. His prices are not cheap, nor should they be for the level of work he does, but he isn't out to gouge the customer.

It is rare to find all these qualities in one business (and his sales reps are nice, too). My new setting for my ring is strong and gorgeous. I will not be looking for...

The customer service at this location is wonderful!! Where do I begin?

I purchased my wedding band from this jewelry store in 2021. Unfortunately, one of the diamonds on my wedding band recently fell off and I was worried that I would have to spend a pretty penny to replace it.

Fortunately, I called the store and was able to speak directly to one of the jewelers. I was told to email them the specifics, and to ship my wedding band to them so that they could replace the diamond.

I followed their instruction and shipped my ring to them around this time last week. I was concerned because I am headed out of town this weekend and wasn't sure my wedding band would arrive back in time. I asked the jeweler if they could expedite the process and try to get it back to me in time. Sure enough, the diamond was replaced and mailed back to me just in time.

So, not only was my ring replaced complimentary, but the jeweler stayed in constant communication through email.
