My wife purchased me a shirt for my birthday. It did not fit. We brought the receipt to the store and were informed that they do not do refund. They only do store credit even if you have the receipt even if you bring it back the next day or within a 30-day window etc. This was not mentioned to my wife and they actually verbally encouraged her that she could return it if it did not fit or if I did not like it. He helped us find a few more shops along Tremont which were great too, Olives + Grace being one of them! The selection of goods in Sault definitely were displayed eloquently, and they had great size runs in styles that represent the fashion of the region and place you right back in...
