First and last time at this place. I had a terrible experience. I booked an appointment for a signature manicure using their app. Throughout the whole booking process, it was not mentioned that I needed to book extra time to remove my semi-permanent nail polish. Itās only written for gel. Semi-permanent is different than gel. Anyway, I went there, the technician refused to do the manicure because of the lack of time. After frustrating discussions, the front desk lady told me that they will ācharge me a 15% cancellation feeā to rebook an appointment. Seriously? I was there on time and their app was not clear. They could have at least offer to reschedule the appointment for free. Again, Iām a first-time client. Thatās a very poor customer service. At the end, they agreed to remove the nail polish only. They also admitted that the website is not clear enough and that I was right. Anyway, I walked out with ugly, damaged, long nails. I did my manicure at home. Waste of time and money. Worse...

Please reconsider having your nails done here ladies and donāt bring your families. My sister, a good person; a hard working and honest person; a LOYAL CUSTOMER for SIX YEARS had her wedding rings stolen from their OWN EMPLOYEE and they did nothing. They didnāt apologize, would not release the security footage (which clearly shows the employee taking them!) for weeks, and dismissed my sister on the several occasions she came in to try to and find the rings. SHE DUG IN THEIR GARBAGE CANS! They knew the employee that did it and decided to keep her hidden instead. Please share this and please donāt support this...

...And some of the worst - rough edges, uneven color, strings stuck to the polish...etc. When you have a bad experience you it can be hard to remedy and you often leave the salon with less than ideal nails. I'm heading to a wedding this weekend and have a big, dark fuzz stuck to my gel mani - that despite calling it out 3 times, was never fully removed.
Prices are on the more expensive side, but the facility is clean and hygienic so on that level it's...
