I can hardly even give two stars. After a month, I'm still waiting on my "brand new" computer to be repaired. I would have NEVER sent it off to the repair-place-in-the-sky had I known it would be this long. What a freaking hack service. It's been so long that they haven't even sent an email update and now when I go online it won't even recognize my service order number. They don't even have information when I call. Be very careful- Geek Squad saved my credit card info and put me on auto-renewal for a service plan. I had a charge for over $200 that I did not authorize and when I called to figure out what was going on, I was told that they save your CC info and renew automatically. I don't ever remember being told anything about this! Seems pretty shady not to authorize this type of purchase before charging...

Had a 3:20 appointment to get an iPhone battery replacement. Was told it would take til 5 (which seemed long for a battery). Came back that evening for pick up and was told they hadn’t got to it but could do it the next day in about 45 mins. Got a refund and will be taking my Apple products to the Apple Store.
