Although I’ve been to the shop before and I really enjoy the experience and the variety of clothing they had, I just had a very poor experience and I’m pretty upset about it. The first half of my shopping experience was very enjoyable unfortunately the second half when a different employee came on her shift was a little bit more troublesome. I was with my friends and then we left the clothes in the dressing room and didn’t pick out anything and then I got a sage for my mom. After I left the dressing room, a few other ladies went in and tried their stuff on and bought it and then left. They did happen to leave the hangers in the dressing room, but still purchased their items. Now, knowing that the lady check them out and gave them receipt, but then the very rude lady accused us of shoplifting. It was very clear that we did not have anything because we did not carry big bags, but we were willing to have her check ourselves. Even though we told her, we were sure that we did not shop there was hangers there and she just gave us a nasty look and told us to leave. Although I do not think this is a reflection of the store, I think it’s just a reflection of a bad worker who obviously should not be working customer service. Read moreI had the absolute most bizarre experience here. Went in shopping for wedding guest dresses with a friend. We were not greeted as we walked in although we were the only customers in the small store (fine, no big deal). The clerk was loudly eating an apple at the desk dodging glances at us (again, fine; although the glancing was a little odd). We were happily looking at the different merchandise, lots of cool little things and some “maybes” for our wedding guest dresses. My friend and I started to realize after we were done looking through a hanging clothing section, the employee would scurry over and loudly clang all the hangers together and re-space every hanger. This happened FIVE + separate times. It was incredibly uncomfortable to be so socially ignored and then essentially followed around the entire place. My friend and I got the hint that we were not welcome and promptly left. I have zero desire to return unless management/ownership addresses their serious lack of friendly customer service. As we were browsing, a candle fell about a foot to the ground. The cashier brusquely rushed over and dramatized the event, drawing an overabundance of attention to an insignificant dent and embarrassing the 10-year-old who bumped the candle, bringing her to tears.
