Earthbound — Local services in Branson

I'm just wanting to let everyone know that the ladies that was working at earthbound on the Branson landing was very rude an disrespectful. My family an I went there to look around an when we walked in the store they was very rude. My mom has cronic breathing problems an heart problems an can not wear a mask. Well the ladies that was at earthbound tonight was going against what the HIPPA law says about medical reason for not wearing a mask. An started arquing with my mom an I an pretty much forced us to leave the store. An the ladies said cause they are a private business they didn't have to go by HIPPA laws.... An they said that we could go online an shop cause we didn't have mask cause of medical reason. An started discriminateing us cause we didn't wear a mask cause of medical health reasons.... So with our experience that we just went through at earthbound I will never recommend anyone to go to there business. The people was very rude an disrespectful an discriminateing toward people with health...

I went in here with my family, and right when we walked in we got stared at by two unwelcoming workers. My sister and cousin walked to the back of the store to casually shop and right away one of the ladies whispered to the other lady and they both immediately walked to the back to make sure they weren’t stealing. We got falsely accused of stealing by these two girls when we were just trying to casually shop. They proceeded to act passive aggressive towards us until we left, and said their angrily sounding farewells. Not very good customer...

When I went here a cashier came up to me and loudly accused me of stealing. Making sure that everyone in the full store could hear it. Once I showed her that the item I had grabbed was in fact still in my hand and not placed in a bag at all she backed off but continued to follow me around the store withing ten steps behind me.
