I'm writing in response to my sister's bad review. Found out today when I exchanged my ring for the size I needed that she had done that. I was the customer and I saw nothing wrong even after my sister ( a wannabe Karen) said she was rude. She apologized and said she wasn't trying to be. My sister wouldn't let it go and I finally told her to give a rest. She got mad at me and left the store. The young lady apologized to me again and I told her no problem. Sister said she was going to get her fired and I told her to leave it alone. I was the customer and I had no problems with anything. She remembered me when I came in, was very nice, and exchanged the ring without a problem. The only problem was when I asked her if she remembered me and she said yes and that my sister wrote a bad review. So I asked how to write a good one. She's very nice and does her job well and with a smile. So if there is a negative in her record, get rid of it. Again, I was the customer and I wasn't upset about anything but my...
Read moreWent in 2 weeks ago and was helped by the loveliest lady. Bought 2 rings, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. His is great, mine has worn down through the gold to silver between the fingers already, and I haven’t even worn it that much because the stones are so sharp.
They also do not offer half sizes which is a bummer.

Again, the nice lady helping us (not the same one) was so kind and gracious. She helped me exchange my rings, and I even upgraded. My new ring is absolutely gorgeous and I have had zero problems since (I gave it about 2 months before updating the review.)
My only note is that I changed to a silver ring to avoid the gold rub off, as is common with any dipped...
Read moreLiterally the worst quality ever. I bought a thread less piercing less than 24 hours ago and it broke. I have owned threadless piercings in the past and this has never happened. When you go to bend the post, it completely snaps off. A $40 earring should not snap when you are bending it how it’s supposed to. Not to mention before it broke it barely wanted to stay in the post. I went in to see if I could exchange and was told there were no refunds. Makes sense, they must know their jewelry is cheap and will break. All they offered was 50% off another piercing. It says exchange within one year, but they no longer had my piercing and refused to let me swap for another! Why would I spend more money on a piercing that...
