Came here earlier with my family, super excited as the front of the store looked nice, and this was our first time in Branson.

Was totally disappointed. My mother, was intrigued by a wallet here, and asked about the final price. My mother has broken English. The lady in the front said it was discounted, and then made my mom do the math (as if she was a preschooler).

When I picked up a body wash, she told me to not to be careful to spill it, reasonably so, but I was just trying to smell it.

She just kept looking at all of weird, as if we were going to steal something. Later on we went out of the store but hung around the front to figure out what was for dinner. I looked back out and she was counting everything and fixing everything up.

Overall it was not nice to shop around relaxed and to smile at the nic-nacs, as she kept staring at us all funny. Everything was organized and clean, but it was definitely for a reason, and that reason was because she basically wanted us to “look-don’t-touch.”

Looking at the other reviews and I can tell there’s other salesmen/women. This particular one was NOT...

Would not give this place even one star! Horrible rude lady runs this place! Down town Branson is centered around familys and children and she had stupid beanie baby's out on a shelf and my son and I were looking at them together and she was horribly rude and came over and told us not to bend the tags.

If she did not want people touching them they should have been placed behind the counter. She then told me that if the tags were bent they would not be any good to her..

She is the first person to ever be rude or hateful like that to me and my family in all the years we have been coming to Branson.. She clearly does not like children and does not have the temperament to work in the public! And defiantly does not belong in Branson!

You man need to learn customer service or heck just...

I recently purchased a western style purse and had it for a gift for my 80 year old friend who in her day was barrel racer and lover of horses I bought it in April but had just given it to her sometime last of July. I set by her in church noticed the purse had awful peeling effect at each zipper and handle I was so shocked to see this I called H&H and explained the problem. They said bring it in. Well they just could not believe it...seemed to think it was put in an extreme heat condition had in 10 yrs never seen this. They had a 30 day return policy. Well I want to say they were very gracious to allow me to exchange for a different purse. If anyone else had that problem wish they would...
