I was excited to come back to this boba shop, but after discovering they’ve listed themselves on specific PAID MEMBERSHIP websites to promote their "anti-woke" agenda, I won’t be back. Boba is a drink that comes from Asian cultures! How ironic (and ridiculous) that a shop profiting off of it is aligning with a platform that pushes exclusionary and backwards ideals. Supporting diversity, inclusivity, and fairness isn’t a bad thing. It’s basic decency and something our family-oriented town should be about. Welcoming everyone, locals and tourists alike, not promoting political extremism disguised as “values.” A business that chooses to align itself with an agenda rooted in division and intolerance doesn’t deserve your money or financial support. If you believe in supporting businesses that welcome everyone, I’d recommend taking your boba cravings somewhere else. Updated review: After a reply from Boba Joes, I've included photos of their disappointing inclusion in publicsquare. A platform businesses must apply to be listed on. I hope the employees mentioned take the time to speak with their business owner on what kind of establishment is employing them.

I discovered this little gem while on vacation here in Branson. It is a super cute, locally owned, and operated business. The staff is lovely and friendly. It is located in historic downtown. Parking can be slim pickings if it is busy. If you love boba or ice cream, you are going to love this place. There are several handcrafted flavors of ice cream. They have fresh made cones as well. Also, other different snacks are available to purchase in the store. Their signature drink is their Brown Sugar Boba. It is absolutely incredible! It is a little on the sweet side but good. Their llama mascot is so adorable. I highly recommend trying this place. I wish I had one in my own home town.

It was such a cute place with amazing customer service with lots of selection of Ice Cream and Bobas. It just made my heart happy to be there. I choose two flavors of ice cream, and all though the size of the scopes given could be a complaint, I feel that they are adequate to keep a 5 star review. However, the ice cream itself was amazing, just so creamy, soft, cold and boomin with flavor. Of course with any tourist area, the prices were a bit steep considering the amount of ice cream I actually got, I still think this place is worthy of 5 stars. It will definitely be a place I revisit when I return. If you're ever downtown Branson, I truly suggest you give it a try.

I came here with my family because it was recommended by a friend. But as soon as we arrived the look on the blonde girls face made me want to walk out and go back to the boba place we originally parked in front of. She looked as if she didn't want to be there and she hated her job. We ordered 6 drinks 3 out of the 6 were nasty. We of course drank them as to not cause a fuss. My mom however who hardly has sweet treats we told them it didn't taste good and they asked if we wanted to get something else which of course we said yes so we ordered another drink. Then the proceeded to tell us it's going to cost us 8 dollars in which we responded can't we exchange it or get a refund? And she told us they didn't do either (there wasn't a sign anywhere stating this). What i didn't understand is why she would ask us if we wanted something else and...

I walked into the parlor and expected to be treated with good customer service but I was not prepared for the top of the line quality that I received. Winter and Cass made sure that I felt safe trying a new Boba Tea that I have never had. (They picked their favorites and made a bomb Boba Tea!!) The two girls were personable and full of energy even with it being close to closing. They did not rush me or try and push me out of the door.

The parlor was very clean and well taken care of. And every person that came through the door was met with the welcome face of the two girls. It was clear that both Winter and Cass were very passionate and loved their jobs.

Very well done and I will be returning and telling all of my friends that come to the...
